Welcome to “The Underground World of Saint-Petersburg”

The exposition “The Underground World of Saint-Petersburg” has opened its door to visitors again. It is situated in the left annex of the Water Tower at 56 Shpalernaya St. Here you travel under the ground following the water path: from its intake from the River Neva to flats and back to the wastewater treatment plant. The visitors will also be able to enjoy one of the biggest model of the historical center of the city and watch a film about how the water from the Neva is turned into drinking water, and how polluted household wastewater is turned into clean and clear water again. The visit to the exposition “The Underground World of Saint-Petersburg” is only in the form of a guided tour. Time of excursions can be checked here.
