The “Universe of Water” multimedia exhibition complex invites guests and residents of the city to a thematic tour “Through the fire to save water” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Leningrad siege lifting


Complex guides will describe the Main Water Treatment Plant operation in wartime and the daily acts of valour of Vodokanal employees, as well as water treatment approaches in the besieged city, and how emerging water supply breaks were eliminated and water supply facilities were camouflaged.

In addition, participants will attend a master class on folding frontal triangle letters.

The tour comprises visits to the “Underground World of St.Petersburg” exhibition, “Siege Room” on the 6th floor of the Water Tower and the observation deck.
